- 1 Pound Beet Root Washed
- 1 Pound Carrots Washed
- ½ Pound Ginger Washed
- 3 Whole Limes Juiced
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar for Sweetening
- 3 Quarts Water or More, if Needed
