  • Wooden Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Beet Root Washed
  • 1 Pound Carrots Washed
  • ½ Pound Ginger Washed
  • 3 Whole Limes Juiced
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar for Sweetening
  • 3 Quarts Water or More, if Needed

Instructions
 

  • Place the cutting board down on a flat surface. Using a sharp knife, cut the washed beets, carrots and ginger into one inch pieces.

Blending

  • Add the cut ginger to the blender and cover with water, blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
    Pour the blended ginger into a fine mesh strainer and squeeze until all the juices are out.
  • Repeat the process with the carrots, then beet root and strain.
  • Once all the vegetables are blended with water and strained, add the juice of three lime and cane sugar.
  • Stir to sweeten, using a wooden spoon and serve over ice.
