Step 1: In the instant pot bowl, add coconut milk, water, thyme, salt, and rinsed jasmine rice.
Step 2: Stir well so that everything is well combined.
Step 3: Next, you have to place the instant pot lid, seal it and set the pot to low pressure, and cook for about 4 minutes.
Step 4: Wait for the steam to release naturally.
Step 5: Take off the lid, remove thyme spring and serve alongside your favorite dish.

- 2 Cups Jasmine Rice, Rinsed
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoons Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 Thyme Sprigs
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of the Instant Pot.
- Stir to combine.
- Set your Instant Pot to low pressure and cook for 4 minutes and use the natural release method.
- Once the pressure is released, remove thyme sprigs, fluff and serve
