- 1 Pound Beet Root Washed
- 1 Pound Carrots Washed
- ½ Pound Ginger Washed
- 3 Whole Limes Juiced
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar for Sweetening
- 3 Quarts Water or More, if Needed
Blending
Add the cut ginger to the blender and cover with water, blend for 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour the blended ginger into a fine mesh strainer and squeeze until all the juices are out. Repeat the process with the carrots, then beet root and strain.
Once all the vegetables are blended with water and strained, add the juice of three lime and cane sugar.
Stir to sweeten, using a wooden spoon and serve over ice.
