  • 2 Balls Raw Jamaican Chocolate Grated
  • 4 Cup Water
  • ½ Whole Nutmeg Grated
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt Optional
  • 1 Dried Cinnamon Leaf or ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Tablespoon Sweetened Condensed Milk or Vegan Condensed Milk


  • Pour the water in the saucepan and bring to a boil on medium high heat.
  • Once to water begins to boil, add the grated cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon leaf and salt and stir.
  • Turn the flame to medium low and allow this chocolate tea to boil for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, turn the flame off and allow the chocolate tea to steep for another 10 minutes with the lid on
  • Strain, Sweeten and Serve with your favourite Jamaican Breakfast.
