- 3 Links Sweet or Spicy Italian Sausages Removed from the Casing and Broken into Bite Size Pieces
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 1 Ear Corn Stripped and Kernels Removed ( you can use a cup of store bought canned corn kernels)
- 3 Garlic Cloves Sliced
- ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes Washed
- 1 Teaspoon Salt Optional
- 1 Cup Jasmine Rice Rinsed
- 1½ Cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Turn the instant pot to the saute option and add the olive oil
Once heated, add the Italian sausage pieces and brown for 2 minutes on each side.
After 4 minutes, dump all the other ingredients into the instant pot and stir.
Turn the instant pot to pressure cook on low pressure for 3 minutes and allow the rice and vegetables to cook. Ensure the vent is sealed.
Once the timer is up, allow the instant pot to sit for 5 minutes before releasing the remaining pressure.
Stir and serve.
