- 2 Cups Ripened Mango
- 1½ Cups Coconut Cream
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar Optional
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt Optional
- ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional
- ½ Lime Juiced
Using an Ice Cream Machine
Pour all ingredients in a blender, except for ½ cup of coconut cream.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mango mixture into a mixing bowl and add the remainder of the coconut cream. Use a whisk to combine until smooth.
Add the mixture to the ice cream machine and churn according to manufacturers' instruction.
Serve immediately!
Using a Blender
If you plan on just using a blender, it is recommended to freeze the mango chunks for at least an hour before blending.
Add all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Once smoothly blended, pour in a glass container and freeze for about 15 minutes before servings.
