On a medium flame, heat cooking oil in a large frying pan or skillet.
Add and saute the onions, sweet pepper, thyme, garlic and scotch bonnet pepper. Saute for about 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, add the canned corned beef and mash the block of beef with your cooking utensil.
Turn the flame to a low heat and stir the mashed corned beef into the sauteed vegetables.
Once the corned beef becomes soft, sprinkle with black pepper and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
