VEGAN “GUAC AND CHIPS” RECIPE
Yield 24 OZ of Guacamole
Total Prep Time - 20 Minutes
3 Ripened Avocados
¼ Red Onion, diced
¼ Bunch of Cilantro, chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Juice of One Lemon
Juice of One Lime
1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon of Chili Flakes
Handful of Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
3 Bell Peppers, cut into 1 inch
In a bowl, add the onions, avocados, cilantro, garlic, lemon, lime, sea salt and chili flakes.
Mash with a whisk leaving small chunks of avocados.
Garnish with Cherry Tomato for added color and flavor.
To make the Bell Peppers easier to dip, stick toothpick on one edge. This will allow a clean dip and no drip.
