What is Jasmine Rice?

Jasmine rice is a variety of white long grain rice. It has less starch content; that's why it doesn't get mushy or sticky. It has a slightly sweet flavor and has a subtle aroma. Jasmine rice is most widely used in Asian cuisine. You can eat it with stir-fry, curries, gravies, etc.

Jasmine rice is not just fragrant and flavorful to eat, and it is also a good source of carbohydrates. Furthermore, it is also cholesterol-free and fat-free, making it a favorite of many health-conscious people.
